Robert Half is partnered with a well-respected Lexington law firm that is seeking a legal secretary/case coordinator. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years' experience working in a law firm. Previous experience corresponding with clients and handling intake is a plus! Duties will includetaking client intake calls, heavy client contact for execution of firm documents, scheduling meetings, assembling documents, requesting medical records and billing and tracking requests, and intake reporting.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience working in a law firm; intake experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and database software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects.
- Attention to Detail: accuracy of work is important.
- Highly motivated, resourceful and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Proficient in Adobe PDF Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiar with case management systems such as Neos, TrialWorks.
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, andmedical records providers.
